A place where you can get to know several places in Mexico through its unique flavors in Tulum, where our food and drinks are really made with ingenuity, passion and mainly from the heart (one of our secrets).
In Encanto Cantina traditional and ancestral Mexican gastronomy is rescued, taking advantage of the products offered by this wonderful region, becoming the only place in Tulum that offers "signature Mexican cuisine", having the traditional dishes as mole, steak in pasilla pepper sauce, nogada pepper stuffed with seafood, among others; with the seasoning of the house, using ingredients that will not be found elsewhere in the area; our specialties have assemblies and really specialized preparations, thus offering tourists and locals of Tulum, the real experience of the Mexican flavors and the area.
Our menu caters to all tastes, as we have typical Mexican snacks, served in small portions or in full orders and with handmade tortillas, up to dishes for the most demanding palates with our truly special and creative signature cuisine. In general, our menu includes fish, seafood, beef, chicken, pork, salads and vegetarian dishes.
Our products are 100% organic, from the flowers that dress the specialty dishes of the house and our cocktails, to sprouts, lettuce, among other products that we use to encourage agriculture and support local and artisanal distributors.
