Survey Results: A Diverse and Connected Community in Tulum Vol#35

Happy new year! We hope you have had a glorious start to 2023!

We wanted to start the year with gratitude for this community and for those that completed our feedback survey last year. We would love to start the year by share some of the results!

First off.. wow, talk about diversity - Though over 50% of our members are American, we have had members from over 37 different countries in our community! Go team! From digital nomads, to corporate professionals to freelancers and artists - our members are from all walks of life.

We had some great insights from the survey and were not surprised to see that the majority of you joined for the sense of community and connection (66%). Though 32% of our members joined for the WiFi / workspaces, we noted the majority stayed for the community and events even if that wasn't their initial reason for joining. And for those of you who didn't know anyone in Tulum before joining the community (over 56%), we're glad to have provided a friendly and welcoming environment for you to thrive in.

Now, on to constructive feedback. A few of you mentioned wanting more exclusive events and details on what to do in Tulum, and a better way to identify other members. We hear you loud and clear! In 2023, we'll be implementing some changes to address this starting with a new and improved member's area COMING SOON . The members area will have a member directory, searchable features, a live events calendar, and more. We hope these changes will make it easier for you to connect both in and out of the coworking locations.

And just for fun, we'll also be adding more classes and fun ways to connect with each other in the coming year. I mean, who doesn't love a good class or two (or ten) to learn and grow.
