WHAT IS COWORKING TULUM?
We’re a digital nomad community based in Tulum working together to build thriving lives as we pursue our dreams abroad.

Where are you located?
CoWorking Tulum is not a coworking space but a CoWorking community. We partner with boutique hotels and restaurants in Tulum where our members can CoWork from. Our locations are in Aldea Zama, La Veleta, Centro and the beach. We don’t have one location, we partner with over 20 hotels in Tulum that our members can work from with benefits.
What happens after I subscribe?
When you join as a member, you get access to our complete list of partners which include hidden gems and locations with Fiber Optic WiFi. Our members join a members only group where they can connect with other remote workers, attend exclusive member only events, and also get to enjoy discounts on food and beverage consumption while working.

What are your membership options?
We have a community pass or season pass. The community pass gives you access to our locations, member only and public events, discounts and benefits, private whatsapp group and access to our private members area where you can search and connect with any coworking tulum member. Season pass holders get access for the full calendar year.
What is your Internet / WiFi Speed?
The WiFi varies by location, however rest assured that most places either have fiber optic wifi or strong WiFi capabilities.
Can I take Zoom Calls?
You can take zoom calls from our locations. The WiFi speed / environment will vary by location. Once you join, our community can help you with any questions you need about specific locations that are great for zoom calls. If you need a private room and completely quiet space, we can help you book this.
What are your usual working hours?
We partner with boutique hotels and restaurants in Tulum where our members can CoWork from. These are public locations and all have different operating hours. Please check the operating hours of each location on their respective listing page on our website.
Can members come whenever they want to and work and then leave if they choose to?
You can come and go as you please.
Is it customary to have to purchase food/drinks when I’m working at those locations?
Yes - we encourage this so the restaurant has some return for providing our members their space. We provide all our members with a discount on consumption as a member benefit.
Do you offer day passes?
We don’t offer day passes, we offer something better. A 7 day free trial with full access to see if this is for you.
