Ikal Hotel is conceived as a Sanctuary, a place to live in full harmony with the spirit and thus connect with our own nature. The ancestral wisdom that houses this land has been the inspiration to create the sanctuary through which we honor this culture…

We wanted to create a holy space, inspired by the Mayan Pyramids and Temples, by ancestral interpretations of animals, and by the structure of natural elements. A space that merges nature, it's inevitable impermanence, and architecture.
